Our content is based on the Core Knowledge Preschool Sequence inspired by the educational reform ideas of E.D. Hirsch, Jr. which is characterized by a clear sequence of basic and solid skills and knowledge, built cumulatively in very specific areas of learning:

• Autonomy & Social Skills – the focal point of our program based on The Peace Education movement

1. Decision-making (Is it a good choice or a bad choice?)
2. Critical thinking (What are the consequences of this action?)
3. Conflict resolution (How can I relate harmoniously with others?)
4. Social responsibility (How do I care for myself and others?)
5. Stewardship (How do I care for the human family and the earth we live in?)

Approach

We combine the time-tested traditional tools of direct teaching with the more creative discovery method and collaborative-learning strategies. This blend ensures that the children are exposed to a variety of experiences that effectively cater to their unique strengths and rates of learning.
